Lee Walter Jenkins
Elder, Co-Founder

Elder Lee Walter Jenkins is an ordained Minister and Teacher of the Word of GOD, bringing spiritual insight and guidance to his multifaceted professional journey. With a background in counseling, Lee excels in individual and group sessions, behavior modification, and parenting counseling. His expertise extends to community organizing and strategic planning, which is evident in his roles with low-income housing and nonprofit organizations.

As Chairman of a mentoring organization, Lee oversaw mentor training and program development, showcasing his commitment to empowering others. He also brings political campaign management experience, community consultation for pastors, and nonprofit consulting, including program development and grant writing.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Lee was a captivating talk show host and a respected figure in the Marion County Democratic Party, where he chairs operations and strategizes for political success. With specialties in counseling, nonprofit consulting, political strategy, community organizing, and mentoring program development, Elder Lee Walter Jenkins is a versatile leader dedicated to positively impacting his community and beyond."

Abrigail Rudolph-Jenkins
Licensed Educational Counselor, Co-Founder

Abrigail Rudolph-Jenkins is a Licensed Educational Counselor of 25 years who supports students and families in the public and private school system with academic, personal, emotional, and social needs.  She founded “Share The Knowledge, “ a program that equips middle school students of color to succeed in high school. Mrs. Rudolph-Jenkins also co-founded the DLT (Diversity Leadership Team), a program that identifies low-performing students and supports them to reach their highest promise.  She taught for 14 years and is passionate about students with learning differences.  She actively researches and creates interventions and strategies to help students succeed, thrive, and meet and exceed their academic and personal goals.  

Mrs. Rudolph-Jenkins is a lifelong learner who enjoys traveling and volunteering nationally and internationally.

She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. Mrs. Rudolph-Jenkins earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Tuskegee University and Masters of Arts degree from the University of Phoenix.  She is a member of ASCA( America School Counselor Association), NEA,(National Education Association), and CEA (Colorado Education Association).
